To access services for troubleshooting and repairs, you can either drop
off your computer equipment by arrangement or schedule a home visit/business
call out.
For established clients, WD Computer Services offer a remote control
troubleshooting service, provided your computer can still access the
Internet.
All calls for troubleshooting or repair will be analysed, and advice
provided prior to fixes being made. This is to ensure that clients are
happy to proceed with proposed technical solutions.
